“Staff was very friendly and quite helpful, especially regarding the logistics of getting to Mackinac Island. The dining was quite good. Room was clean, and we had a wonderful view of the lake.”

“Room clean staff was extremely nice the breakfast was delicious and the amenities were awesome. The only downside was some kids that kept bouncing around in the room above mine and some guests were loud at the fire pit after hours.”

“This hotel was a disappointment. The sheets were pilly and the towels were small and were very rough. The water pressure in the shower was very low. I realize it's an economy hotel, but we had better accommodations elsewhere at the same price.”

“I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the shower was great. The view was spectacular. It was nice to hang out seaside with my friends.”

“The cabins are super cute. The cleanliness was good, however, they would benefit from a deep clean to address the dirt on the windows and significant dirt on the ceiling fan. Roll out couch ok for children only. The staff were very nice and helpful. The cabin garden tub was good and bubbled very nicely. The main hot tub and water park was having some technical issues while we were there, (which was early season).”

“The room was old and unclean. It was lake front but had a door that didn't close properly instead of a sliding glass door like other lake front rooms. Shower was old with a shower head too short and the sink did not drain properly. The couch and carpet were filthy, base boards falling off the wall, and there was an old blood stain on the top blanket. We could hear people in the pool late at night through the wall and cigarette smokers beneath our room. I would not rebook.”
