“The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The carpet was sticky and disgusting. We had to clean the bathroom areas before we could use them. We arrived late and was too exhausted after a twelve hour drive to get there to fuss about getting another room. Would never stay there again. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was inedible other than the toast and bagels.”

“Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. “The room was good but the service has been the worst experience of my life. Not to make a long story but Ashley at the front desk is so unprofessional, as is Bailey the manager. I was lied to, I wasted money, and when I escalated the situation, the hotel called me a liar even though I had proof to back up the truth. If you want a relaxing experience at a professional, honest hotel, this is NOT the one.”
