Hotel vicino a Health Enhancement Center - Hartford

“Room was nice, only downside was the elevator was down. We had our wedding here and it was nice to be able to stay in the same location. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel hit the spot for our two night stay in Hartford. We were close enough to downtown as well to enjoy the restaurant scene there. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The one bedroom suite was roomy as well. We would stay there again.”

“Had a horrible experience. They gave us a room that smelled awful (cigarette smell). The door to the room would sometimes not lock at all and you can push the door open without the card key. The restroom was horrible as the tub looked like it may have had mold and stains. Water did not really get hot. You felt gross taking a shower and just being in the room. We stayed for four days and they did not clean, do the beds, or provide with fresh towels once. A lot of the things in the room were...

“This place is very old. Everything needs to be updated. Everything in bathrooms need to be replace and room furniture. No elevator, not good for senior and people who can’t take the step.”

“The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well”

“This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink.”

“This is a homeless shelter charging 300$ for the weekend to unsuspecting guests. My room smelled like there was a dead body in it.”

“Ho trascorso una settimana a cavallo di Capodanno perchè un mio amico americano abita nei paraggi. L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”
