I was looking for a stay with it's own parking just because I don't feel like fighting and finding spot on street, which most likely be difficult in the evening, so this location end up being my #1 choice. “We arrived Tuesday evening to discover that unit was without power (through no fault of owner). Communication-with and intervention-from the team was swift and thoughtful and they were able to get power restored by morning. Property is tidy and very well-located making for a convenient and enjoyable stay for our small group (3 adults and small dog). Well recommended and would happily book again on return visit.”

“Easy to access and the parking was notably conveniently easy. It wasn’t quite as close/accessible to the University of Cincinnati as I was hoping (about a 35 min walk to the building I needed), the bathroom faucet sprays a bit weird, there wasn’t any dishwasher pods/liquid, and the AC units are super loud—but everything important was thought-out and nice! The unit was well-kept and comfy!”
