Hotel vicino a Heffernan Park - Regina

“The pet fee was reasonable, about $25.00. I did not stay for breakfast. Unfortunately I was woken up repeatedly by doors in the hallway opening and closing with a rattle everytime, and a woman’s voice also repeatedly in the hallway until about 1:00 a.m. It seemed the hotel was wide awake by 5:00 a.m. again with the doors banging away. The room was not the least bit soundproof to the hallway. I did tell the front desk in the morning that I was not happy and would not be staying there again....

“Staff were not overly eager to help. Minimal interactions. Almost felt like I was an inconvenience New hotel, looks nice Can definitely hear the people above you well… was woken up at around 3am from ppl One room plug in was not finished. Had no plate around it- could be a hazard if you had a young child with you. Breakfast seemed good. I am celiac and there was minimum options for me and high chance of cross contamination but that’s normal for hotel breakfasts so I had a yogurt and apple.”

“A few issues. Booked on Expedia. Liked a pic of a one bedroom suite and booked that room. When we got there we only had a room with one bed. Talked to the manager who was awesome and he told me not all rooms that you book online with pics are the rooms you actually get. He said he would correct that. He did credit me the cost difference in the rooms. Restaurant service was very slow. Some of the handicap door openers on the south end of the hotel do not work. The card keypad on the east...

“Room wasn't cleaned properly upon arrival and once we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress was wet for some reason. Not damp but wet ”

“Clean rooms. Pool area needs a refresh and general maintenance around the hotel is required.”

“Hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood. Hotel needs to have security on site but does not. My vehicle and many others were vandalized in the night. A lady was passed out at the front door and picked up by ambulance”

“When we check in staff was very welcoming. They ask what are plans and told them we are taking our kids to Science centre staff was giving us free pass to centre but we have a yearly pass but appreciate the gesture. Definitely will check in again soon. Kids love that our room has balcony and have direct access to the pool area.”

“The room was reasonably clean but the hallways and entrance ways not at all. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was nothing close to what was advertised. I wouldn't stay here again. ”
