Hotel a Hegins

“The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room. ”

“The property needs to be updated. Our room smelled musty. The staff worked hard to keep breakfast buffet stocked. ”

“The only reason we booked a room at this hotel is because it had a pool for the kids. Unfortunately, after getting everyone into swimsuits and ready to swim, we walked to the pool and found some mysterious stuff floating in the water, some of it looked like toilet paper. After checking at the front desk the clerk said, "Oh, yeah. I guess I should close it." By far, the worst part of our stay was the location. “The hotel is under renovation so, my scores were because of that! I believe when it’s finished it will be fantastic! I will say that it was very hard to find with the current signage! The staff was awesome though and even came outside, flagged us down and helped us locate the property! They were the best young ladies!!!”

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". “Parking was great. Ac/Heat worked well but was noisy. A lot of broken little things - light switch covers, door knobs, tables. Bed was comfortable, and the furniture seems relatively new. Never once saw an employee at the front desk. Check in was done over the phone. Asking for more towels couldn't be handled at the desk - had to call. Check out? You guessed it, no one there, had to ring a bell and wait. That all said. The room was comfortable, relatively quiet, clean, and inexpensive. ”

“The staff was very friendly. Yes it does have some worn out carpets in room, but otherwise all is clean and functional. Pool DOES NOT have slide. It seems as pool area was redone, pool is not big and many kids were present having fun there. I was dreading since i booked before I read reviews and read them when it was to late to cancel. But it was a pleasant stay, I stayed 1 night with 4 kids.”

“Last minute booking, but was a clean hotel and had breakfast. Thank you for kind and clean hospitality.”

“The rooms were much smaller than expected. Although the two beds were a decent size, there were no closets or wardrobes. This meant that we either had to keep everything on the sitting bench that shut it out into the very thin walkway at the foot of the beds, or hang everything up. Hanging everything up from the wall hooks was cute, but absolutely did not work for multiple people staying in that room. The backpacks shut it out all the bags were constantly in the way. It was a very pretty room,...
