"This spacious chalet will not disappoint! Plenty of room for the entire family and has everything you need for a nice vacation. Easy to find, has a fully equipped kitchen and everything is modern. Covered parking and close to all the local towns of Kaprun and Zell Am See. Owner is very responsive and easy to reach for any questions. Has fantastic view of the mountains! There is a grill for a BBQ too. Very peaceful neighborhood."

"Der Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Chalet war wirklich wunderschön! Es fehlt einem dort an nichts, die Einrichtung ist top, die Ausstattung sehr gut und der Blick auch fantastisch. Einziger negativer Punkt war, dass man zum Skibus doch mindestens 15 Minuten laufen muss. Wir waren daher doch sehr auf das Auto angewiesen. Aber wirklich ein wunderschönes Chalet."

House is located near Mittersill, which makes it ideal to explore many nearby ski areas - Kitzbuhl, Wildkogel, Zillertal and Kaprun. The house offers plenty of things to do for kids - pool table, ps4, gaming tables. There is more than enough room for 3 families. Hosts are very hospitable and responsive."

"Auf der Sonnenterrasse der Kärntner Alpen an oberen Ende eines alten Dorfes. der Platz wurde bereits im 15 Jhdt. bebaut und bewohnt. Das Alter des Hauses war unbestimmt, aber sicher alt. Modernisiert mit E.Heizung, im Bad der Fußboden, haben wir eigentlich nur einen alten Holzofen vermisst. Der hätte Platz genau dort, wo der Fernseher steht, den eigentlich Niemand mehr braucht, in dieser Lage, in dieser schönen Umgebung. Und das Wetter wie fast immer um diese Jahreszeit einfach traumhaft....

"Chalet Crown of the Alps is an absolutely stunning property! Our family of five was thrilled with its beauty, comfort, spaciousness, amenities, and views of Zell am See and Lake Zell. "Das Haus liegt keine 5 min von der Smaragdbahn und einer schönen Pizzeria entfernt, zum Spar muss man schon gute 10min laufen aber der Laden ist gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war auch sehr gut, besonders praktisch für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist die Waschmaschine + Trockner. Ein großes TV Gerät im Wohn-Küchen-Esszimmer und ein elektr. Weber-Grill auf dem Balkon, gutes WLan in der oberen Etage. Sehr praktisch das jedes Schlafzimmer auch ein eigenes Bad hat. Allerdings sehr nah zu...

"Die Wohnung ist groß und es ist schön, dass es mehrere Bäder gibt. Es gibt genug Platz, um mit mehreren Familien zu bleiben. Die Lage ist günstig, um verschiedene Skigebiete, Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Der Nachteil ist, dass es ein bisschen dunkel im Wohnzimmer ist. Außerdem fanden wir das Bettzeug nicht sehr sauber."

"Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend. "

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from...
