“Really cute property and nice staff. Love the wine hour and boutique feel. The rooms could be a little more comfortable. For example, the bathroom light switch stopped working in the middle of the night. Also, honor snacks are a thing of the past and a little offensive given the cost per night. Just put some bottled water and a few free snacks in the room. I would stay again though. Overall, we had a good experience,”

“The property was kept up nicely and Ryan did an awesome job helping us get towels, find out where the blow dryer was, and also took care of our vehicle. Krystal checked us in and while I noticed guests received an awesome presentation of the hotel amenities, like coffee, fresh towels, and other amenities she did not explain it to us, I asked her “So what were you telling all the other guests?” she copped an attitude and rushed through the presentation, which was very rude!!! “Hotel was great, very clean and staff were very friendly. Absolutely amazing ocean views from the hotel with plenty of tables and chairs for people to use. Only negative is the steps leading to our room we're very deceiving which caused myself and friend to misstep many times. The top stair should color coordinate with the remaining stairs (have a black strip) so it does not blend with he top floor. See picture for reference. Otherwise, was a beautiful hotel.”

“A beautiful and clean hotel with great amenities. We had our own private gate to the pool and hot tub (pool level room) that was so convenient. The location to the beach and tide pools could not get any closer! Our kids loved the 6:00pm freshly baked chocolate chip cookies!”

“The room was very small and the insulation was very bad; we could hear any word from the room beside.”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel many years ago and finally came back to Laguna beach and was excited to stay here again (I forgot the name but seeing pictures helped) and was not disappointed. We got the corner room downstairs and thought it was perfect for a little small family getaway. The front desk girls were absolutely so sweet and helpful that it made the experience all the better. We will be back again!”

“The room was very tight and the shower flooded the drain was dirty. Also there was not enough parking for property occupancy. The swing front desk young lady was polite but the day shift young lady upon arrival was not very welcoming as she seen us and stepped into the back. I wouldn’t stay here again.”
