“The condo was so cozy. I loved sitting out on the porch, watching everyone float down the river. I totally enjoyed my three days and felt very safe traveling solo. Walking distance to just about anything. The host went above and beyond.”

“Just off the strip next to really great restaurants. Peaceful and quiet with a big space for our family to enjoy the tranquility of Helen GA. Fantastic restaurants two blocks away. Fantastic internet to research the next day. We had a great time. Very clean and new townhouse. Would stay again. ”

“This was our 3rd time staying in Sunset Bay condos and each time has been perfect. Everything we needed and then some. The (grown) kids used the paddle board and kayak and it was super convenient when we rented a pontoon from the ridges. Decor was nice and beds were comfy”

“This condo is in the perfect location! It’s in the middle of town yet was very quiet when we were there. Both bedrooms were very spacious and had their own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the owner even provided a few coffee pods, cream and sugar. Definitely check out the bakery across the street.”

“We loved the location of this unit!! The weather was very hot ,95 plus every day.We were thankful for the AC that worked very well!! Not so much for other places we went to.It is on the river which was a pleasant surprise. The hot tub was awesome although we only used it twice because it was so hot out ,evening included.”
