“The balcony room was awesome. Beautiful view and relaxing. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. I will stay there again.”

“Our first clue that there were problems is that our bedroom door wouldn’t open. My husband called the staff and she had to throw her whole body weight against the door to get it open! There was just one door lock and the 2nd normal latch was missing. The shampoo was half empty so obviously the cleaning was not properly done. The sink faucet was so wobbly that it wouldn’t stay in place. Maintenance is definitely not a priority. The towels were threadbare. Seriously!?!? The rugs and...

“If you stay at this Quality Inn you can’t be a light sleeper, there was noise day and night. We had the room right next to the office where they serve breakfast. They did not come to clean our room or bring in fresh towels. Luckily I brought my own towels. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time in the pool!!”

“Great resort, we did horse back riding directly at the property, and enjoyed nearby activities like gold mine, Dahlonega and Amicalola falls. We had a Hill view room and there was also a shared living room and a patio. We had smores next to the building. Free Breakfast was great as well.”

“The room was very clean. We experienced two things that needed some maintenance. One was the door was hard to open and close because it rubbed against the frame very heavily. The other one was a VERY noisy A/C unit that woke us up each time it kicked on. If those two things were repaired or replaced, this would be an excellent place to stay in Helen, GA.”
