It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. “Bellissimo hotel proprio sul lago, dal Balcone della nostra camera si godeva di una vista meravigliosa. Ristrutturato di recente, camera piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort. Colazione a buffet davvero ben fornita e ottima. Anche la Spa, molto ampia, ci è piaciuta. Consigliatissimo! ”

“Were nice hotel”

“Una struttura carina vicino al centro, buon rapporto prezzo/qualità. L’unica pecca era che avevamo prenotato su hotel.com il pernottamento compreso prima colazione invece la struttura ci ha comunicato che la colazione si paga a parte. Per il resto tutt’ok.”

“Nice place to be, the park is great after a day full of attraction. Air condition did not work well, so it was hot in the room. Dinner is nice, I think it is better to go to a restaurant.”

“The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!”

“Un magnifico hotel en plena montana. Habitacion muy agradable, excelente desayuno. Personal un poco distante. Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto. “From the moment we arrived to Zamocek Suzanne cordially welcomed us and showed us to our rooms. She thoroughly explained where everything was located, and was cery detailed on making out stay a perfect one. The rooms all have small kitchens and the decor is most charming in Slovakian character.
