“The room we got was stunning and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The only comment I have is that it is not easy to contact the staff. The Spa was closed (at least we weren't able to open it). I tried calling the number provided several times to ask about it, but I never got a response. Finally, the AC unit in our room was turned on and there were no instructions on how to turn it off or anything. I tried calling to ask, but again no answer. We had to turn on the heating...

“We loved our stay here ! Our room was spot on with some really nice touches such as chilled water and some chocolates. Breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here !”

“We stayed in the beautiful Swiss Chalet. It was spacious. The view of the mountains in the front and the river at the back were calming and relaxing. The rooms were very clean, the beds were good. The boys love the rainfall showers and the Japanese toilet😁 The staff were very friendly. We’ll definitely come back.”

“It lived up to being a 2 star. Nothing fancy, a little old, but the rooms were clean and well maintained. Certainly better than other 2 star hotels in Hope that were truly 1 star hotels. I would stay again.”

“This is a great old place that will take you back to 1985 and sooner.....Some of the furniture may be late 70s but that's OK. You even get a real key for your room! love it. The old couple that run this place are very nice and they keep the place clean. The price is good and its my go to when stopping in Hope.”

“This hotel was difficult to contact after the booking process. They did not contact me to tell me that my reservation was cancel. Because I kept calling, they say “ thank you that you call because your room is full with bugs and you reservation has been cancelled”. They even did not look if i could possibly be accommodated in other room in that hotel. They just wanted to use my card information to book in another hotel.”

“The property was understaffed but they did the best they could and were very pleasant. The property is looking very tired. Carpets are grungy, everything needs painting, bathrooms are desperately needing an update - they were just as bad as the last time we stayed there 18 years ago! The rooms are tired, old fashioned furniture, old beds without bed skirts, common areas are just as bad. The entire hotel needs some love, but more importantly some money spent on the right renovations to bring it...
