“Well we had such a great experience here. I have travelled a lot & have stayed in many hotels, so I do have many experiences with which to compare with. From the moment we arrived we were extremely impressed. Douglas at the front desk was so accommodating & professional. He got us checked in & settled in virtually no time. He went over & above & we were very appreciative of that. If you are on a diet, this may be a challenging place for you. They have a plethora of freshly baked & might I say,...

“I was surprised to see how clean the room was!! And it was very spacious! I only stayed there as a part by, so it was just perfect. Staff was very polite!”

“As always I love the pools, just be warned during the day it’s quite loud with kids playing and at night it can get a bit rowdy. The view in my room was amazing and the staff was great. We ended up getting an upgrade as it was our anniversary. The room was spacious and it was clean but it was quite dated and I did notice some cob webs. It didn’t affect our stay but I could see being upset if we had paid the price of the upgraded room to have cob webs.”

“I liked that the bedding wasn't the usual bedding that these places have. I liked that it had a big TV and larger fridge, but as for the mattress, it was too firm for us! I was in the washroom and looking around and it was a bit dirty and it looked like it could use some fixing up! My husband didn't feel while taking a shower that there was enough water pressure and as for what you could watch on TV, as for streaming services, you have to sign in or sign up. “This was an amazing stay for the kind of gateway I was looking for. There’s lots of parking spots and easy to navigate. The room had a good balcony lake view, kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker with coffee/tea pods and cutlery. The room is nice and cosy with just one cosy chair though. The bed was comfy although the comforter and pillows smelled not so good; The odour felt like the beddings had been re-used and hadn’t been washed from previous stays. The...

“Location was just right. Hotel had swimming pool hard to get to. If that's the reason you go to hotel with amenities think twice”

“The only things that need to be addressed are the lack of bathtubs, and more regular height tables in the breakfast room.”

“This is a sweet little cabin setting. It is spotless. The bathroom is newly renovated. Beautiful shower, with all amenities. The toilet is a high end bidet. It is a tiny room with a lovely bed. Car parks at front door. The other thing is that the receptionist staff are kind, welcoming and efficient. I’ll be back.”

“as a heritage building of course was expecting antiques, and squeaky floors, old doors, etc. however, the maintenance was terrible, staff were nice enough, but ZERO amenities available. there were no staff after hours, we were basically just left alone in the building. room floors were not cleaned, hair in the shower. parking was not safe or comfortable for a single woman. air conditioning was not working and staff brought in a fan. the door knob to my room did not lock, had to use the deadbolt...
