“We were there for my son's 11th bday and decided to rent out a cabana. I'll start by saying the cabanas aren't really worth it if you can find a good spot by the pool area. It was extremely hot inside the cabana, the fan didn't help, the tv didn't work and our fridge didn't work. There was no one on sight to help us figure out how to get everything fixed and the only thing that was offered was $20 off after spending a couple hundred bucks. “The front desk staff were rude. I booked a room with two double beds a month ago and when I checked in they didn’t have enough so we were moved to a room with a king bed and a roll away bed. Roll away beds are not comfortable!! The front desk staff acted as if it was no big deal and and acted as if I should go somewhere else if I wasn’t happy. I told them I was coming from out of state and it was already 4:30 by then so of course I’d have to suck it up and take the room. They were so dismissive...
