“We planned a pool day on Wednesday however the pool was closed supposedly due to high winds, but it was not very windy at all and the day before was much windier and the pool was open. My guess it was closed due to lack of staffing, I would have preferred a honest reason.”

“PAPER THIN WALLS... was woken up at 5:30am by someone pacing loudly back and forth upstairs. Coughing and talking in next rooms clearly audible. Management never called back despite the person at the front desk taking a post-in message. Will not return and want a refund.”
