“Light bulb was out, no toilet paper Staff argued about me trying to pay for both rooms on my credit card which was the same as I reserved it with.”

Upon arrival, I did not feel safe. The parking area appeared unsecured, and the overall environment raised concerns. “Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more of a continental style. Only thing that I could suggest is setting a maintenance schedule for the batteries in the room door locks. We had an issue with not being able to get in the room upon arrival but the staff was very helpful and apologetic. They also immediately moved us to another room when the room assigned smelled like someone had smoked in it. Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating. Oh yeah, I recommend that automatic doors...

“Our stay was a rough go. The entire hotel is very tired, not well kept and filthy dirty. The air conditioning had a mind of it's own, and the included breakfast was an experience. Mold in the bathrooms too. Thankfully we only used the hotel to sleep at night, so we weren't there for any extended period of time. But will not stay again. It needs a serious renovation, and a staff to keep it clean!”
