“Hotel was nice, very clean. Very limited tv channels to watch when I was ready to unwind at night. Biggest reason for the low rating was a very rude employee named Michael. I’ve never been treated so poorly in all my years of traveling at a time when I was there for my mother’s funeral and we had reserved many rooms for the family. He will be reported to corporate first thing tomorrow morning.”
