Once we got to our room we needed just a few minor things We used the "Jancy" text system & staff member Janet responded within minutes to accommodate our needs! “While the room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good, the bed was the hardest most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever attempted to sleep in. The pillows were fluffed nicely but as soon as you put your head on it, it was flat. I will never stay here again. ”

“Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected.”

“I had no problems with my room! It was cleaned. Obviously the building isn’t a new built so you can tell remodeling maybe needed but my room was cleaned everyday and cleaned with new towels everyday. Staff was great. Food was good.i will say the hallways of people talk loud and slam doors you will hear it so unfortunately it’s not totally sound proof!”

“German cockroaches in the room, ceiling in the bathroom cracked and falling in. Room smelled like cigarettes. Didn’t even touch breakfast. ”

“Air conditioner covered in dirt and room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The door was broken and didnt close properly. The whole room smelled like sewage in the morning. ”

“This property is not kept up. Not worth $250 for one night stay. Non smoking room smelled bad. The sheets and bed spread were stained. Furniture was old and chipped. Paint outside the room on the floors and handrails was coming off. Very easy to see these owners do not care about their customers experience or the condition of this hotel. Would have asked for a refund if I could have found another place to stay for the night. ”
