“I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.”

“Was a very nice hotel. Room was okay. Door was hard to open and close. Key didn’t work everytime. Bed was so so. Felt like it was leaning to one side. Should have told someone but didn’t want to get kicked out or disrespected by staff. Check in was easy. Zoe was a phenomenal person and helped me with check in and was very friendly. All the other staff we encountered were not as nice and would not even speak to us. Breakfast was decent. Not much selection and most of the food was cold...

“We have stayed here several times due to racing at the Speedway. Always clean, helpful staff. No complaints. The area has lots of things you can walk to including several restaurants. The area near the mall seems to be a bit sketchy. We were always so busy we weren't really out and about after dark, but keep this in mind. Would stay here again.”

“It was a wonderful room and very clean. It had a full kitchen. The price was very reasonable.
I was shocked that there was no restroom in lobby. That's the 1st thing people need to do after a long ride but we had to wait to check in and use the restroom when we got in our room. But the room was VERY nice!”
