“The overall experience was good, except for the restaurant on the b1. We tried the restaurant on the B1 floor for dinner and the food was cold and the quality was bad. Also it is not written anywhere on hotels.com and on the reservation but if you want to use the swimming pool bring a hat or you can’t use it! They don’t let you swimming caps and there is nowhere close where you can buy it. When we ask at the reception they said it was written on the reservation but once I showed them it was...

“Very comfortable hotel close in Gangnam district, very close to Subway station and many bus stop (including airport limousine bus stop). There are many minimarket and restourants in the area. Fitness room is small but clean and provided with basic tools. Wifi was good in the room. The deluxe room is ok, only the cleaning of the floor shall be improve a little bit, but overall speaking is a very money value hotel. The staff was very nice and polite. ”
