“Clean and beautiful ”

“Spa was a bit too cool, bedroom air conditioner was far too noisy to use. Pool in general was very shabby, Spa Pool ladder was dangerous & needs fixing immediately.”

“The property is absolutely beautiful, the service outstanding and a true exquisite boutique hotel experience. We especially loved sitting around the fireplace in the lounge at night and the incredible breakfast in the most gorgeous dinning room. Perfection ! ”

“The room was nice in terms of its layout and aesthetic but the fridge was humming loudly all night (I turned it down to the lowest setting but didnt help much) and there is an aircon unit or something right behind the bedroom wall when your head is while in bed. That was noisy and annoying. So I didnt really have a relaxing time, despite the environment. ”

“No one at reception to check us in, rung the number on door and phone kept cutting out and then got cut off. Didnt get a friendly feeling. Room was huge but not really luxury as advertised, very outdated, sink in bathroom needs replacing. Both me and my husband woke up with sore throats and sneezing due to dust in rafters and on ledges in room. Shower okay if you are a short person.”

“We had a great stay and enjoyed the spacious room and very comfortable bed. Old world charm with all the mod cons. We will be back.”

“I didn't realise we were staying in a brand new little townhouse! It was great. Only negatives: 1. Wifi was really weak. 2. The dishwasher didn't work. We called the 24hr hotline (there'sno receptio), a bit after lunch on a Monday, they couldn't send someone to inspect until the next day. So, the 24hr service is for taking messages, not for repairing faults.”

“Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, warm house. Too much large furniture and too many knick knacks made the property feel very crowded. ”

“I would have preferred an option to sleep on a western style bed due to my age [80 yrs] and not on a traditional floor setting otherwise my stay was a delight. ”

“What was on the Internet not the same as experienced, Take "breakfast included" Is fruit juice, cereal, fruit and coffee/tea considered a breakfast? I doubt it. This outlet on market for past two years and it was noticable. Weeds outside and inside very run down. The whole area totally "unloved" I think owners should sell and cut their losses and let someone take over and run correctly as a B&B. Service non existant and it took two phone calls to find out what was happening with our booking. Saw...
