“The Front desk staff were intentionally welcoming! This Holiday Inn DFW South location was a refreshing oasis after a long day of travel. We were given complementary breakfast vouchers for our kids coming to say goodbye. The room was exceptionally clean. The beds, linens, pillows and towels were all superior quality! Autista dello shuttle guida come un pazzo e palesemente incazzato. Avevo preso 2 dollari per la mancia, che ho rimesso in tasca. Neppure scaricato le valigie .... mai visto prima Colazione pressochè inesistente, 2 fette di pane, altro non c'era. per avere il latte freddo ho dovuto chiedere. Per uscire, erano le 8,45 am, non c'era più...
