Hotel vicino a Heritage Park - Fort Worth

“The property is new and in great condition with a good location near the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was amazing and helped us with recommendations we asked for. The only slight issue, which was minimal, was the airplane noise was a little louder than I expected. ”

“Check in was easy and friendly staff. Called for the shuttle from the airport and he showed up pretty quickly. Hotel was a little further than I thought from my trip to Globe Field, which was my fault for not knowing the area. Didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Room was clean and quiet. Staff offered me a shuttle drive to locations within a 3 miles area which I could have used. Walked to the local Waffle House just because they do not have one in CA. Good overall stay.”

“I enjoyed my stay and will stay here for my twice yearly trips that area going forward. The staff was excellent and the room was very cozy my only slight issue was the breakfast. Seemed like the cooked breakfast was basically the same during my six day stay. Eggs and sausage, some bacon would have been nice ;) ”

“Shuttle arrivato all'aeroporto dopo 45 minuti di telefonate e promesse che era partito. magari di giorno non spaventa, ma alle ore 10pm qualche ansia viene. Autista dello shuttle guida come un pazzo e palesemente incazzato. Avevo preso 2 dollari per la mancia, che ho rimesso in tasca. Neppure scaricato le valigie .... mai visto prima Colazione pressochè inesistente, 2 fette di pane, altro non c'era. per avere il latte freddo ho dovuto chiedere. Per uscire, erano le 8,45 am, non c'era più...

“Extremely noisy. Huge air conditioning engine always on, on the side of the hotel close to the road. No toiletries, no complimentary water. Very arrogant receptionist. They dont undedstand that some hotels.com rreservations are to be paid at the hotel. They refuse to provide invoice. Dont want to assist with expedia, and say... "you call them" we dont care. Totally unacceptable”
