Hotel vicino a Heritage Trail - Rochester

“We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.”

“This hotel was exceptional from top to bottom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always present and smiling. The hotel breakfast as a feast. There was a surprise happy hour with food and drink Monday through Wednesday. Patio and river view/access added to the stay. Very handy to the University of Rochester and to the Strong Hospital. Lots of parking. Felt safe.”

“Room was nice and clean. The restaurant and bar had good food and quality drinks. The staff was very helpful. They could use more wait staff in the restaurant on all shifts.”

“Clean room. Courteous staff. Perfect for a quick stay and close to everything. Road construction outside the parking garage was a nuisance but that was out of the control of the hotel. Definitely would stay again when we're in town.”

“Very disappointing experience overall. The property was poorly maintained, and the level of service provided by both the staff and management was far below expectations. The staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for guest satisfaction. The restaurant was another letdown. The food was average at best, and the restaurant staff were rude and unprofessional, which made the dining experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.”

“No room service”

“This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs. The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones.”

“Wonderful property! Staff was extremely kind and even gave us a 'welcome' bag of treats because we were celebrating a graduation. The room was clean, comfortable, convenient. Right off the highway, but quite and peaceful. Amazing breakfast! My daughter couldn't stop eating :)”

“This day was decent I guess. I don't like the fact that I booked a 2 room suite with 2 beds and get there and I'm given a one room suite with one bed and the hotel says there is nothing they can do about it.”

“Very convenient and perfectly located near the airport. The hotel is much cleaner and very well kept compared to others in the same category and near by. Easy check in process, and the included breakfast is always nice. Waffle's, eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, muffins, yogurt, bananas. coffee, tea, juices, etc.. I would definitely stay here again. “This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person.”
