“First time staying here, was only here for one night. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was open, unfortunately the hot tub was not functioning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Lots and lots of places to sit outside of your room, choose comfortable cushion chairs or at tables to play games. Definitely will stay here again. ”

“The staff are very kind and undertsanding, im a travel nurse that works 3pm to 3am, they let me check in early and check out late due to my work and sleep schedule. Just on that alone i will be booking my hotel stays here while i work here in Elkhart. ”

“Room 316 had wet plaster fallen from the ceiling and wet plaster all over the floor, and beds...Front desk did nothing to make it right, left us stranded in their lobby at midnight fending for ourselves to find a different hotel... TERRIBLE ”

“The was were so thin you could hear people walking and rolling chairs on the floor till 3:30 in the morning . Clean and beds were good . ”

“Property is definitely run down in some areas. Elevator was broken for the duration of our stay. Breakfast buffet had some decent options but the juice machine was also broken. Room was clean, but the bed was not the most comfortable and the walls are quite thin. We had to ask for toilet paper, as it wasn't restocked before our arrival. Highlight was the pool and hot tub, though the jets were malfunctioning so they weren't worth using. Wasn't a leisure trip for us, just a weekend stayover while...

“Very noisy unable to rest while we were there. No one at the hotel would help we left a night early and when we tried to get help with the cost refund no one will respond and the hotel says they can’t help because Expedia is a “third party app” so there’s no one to assist with issues. The chat feature does nothing. Will NEVER use this app again ”

“The room was spacious! Shower was great!! Breakfast was amazing! If I had to offer improvements it would be to update the coffee pot in the room… it worked but it was old and missing the top to the carafe. Also the closet was missing a door. The tv didn’t have any channel information in the guide nor in the room. So we shut it off! The indoor pool was clean and warm!! And every staff member we encountered was cheerful and friendly!”
