“Breakfast wasn’t much of anything. Couldn’t control thermostat. Check in person wasn’t the nicest. No hot tub could be found as advertised. It was the most expensive hotel on the 10 day trip with the least convenience and least amenities”

“We have been coming here for the last few years for the Durango Iron Horse Classic tour. We stay in the cabins. The cabins are cleans, beds are comfortable, and the property is chill. The cabins have running water and air conditioning. Great bargain overall.”

“Old motel converted into a super cute stay! Practical amenities, good pour overs in the rooms, and accommodating staff. Would stay again.”

“First, I was put in a room that had not been cleaned yet and then a maintenance man walked into my room in the morning unannounced and scared me.”

“Rooms were clean and spacious. Only complaint was lack of fresh box of Kleenex. Outstanding breakfast bar, but could have used more help in refilling food containers. Crowd was quite large due to holiday weekend and it was challenging trying to serve the large and hungry crowd. All in all, breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall stay was great.”

“Room still wasn’t ready when we tried to check in at 5. The waitress was horrible at her job. They charge for parking which is ridiculous considering how much money it costs to even stay there. The breakfast you have to pay extra for was gross.”

“This property is showing its age. The carpet when you walk in from the main parking area is matted its so dirty. The door to our room didn't shut properly, the bathroom door was coming apart, the trim around our room was all torn up. The AC remote didnt work and the unit never shut off even though we set it on auto. The breakfast was passable, but was on par with much cheaper hotels. We paid a premium for Memorial Day weekend, and at almost 300 per night, it needed to be much nicer.”
