“Just passing through for the night. Stay was great for the price. Room was accessible, but had a tub with transfer chair which might be difficult for some (worked out fine for us). Fridge had been left open since last guest/room cleaning and coils were completely iced over thus not cooling. Since we were already unpacked for the night, instead of switching rooms I turned the unit off to defrost it which took some time, but fridge worked perfectly fine after. Breakfast was standard economy fare.”

“Staff very helpful. Gave us muffins for breakfast even thought we were catching an early flight before breakfast. Everything was well maintained.”

“The place is clean and nice but it's a lower end 4 star, no complimentary water in room or water stations except in the lobby during the evening. Very basic bathroom amenities, charge for parking even though it's way out of town in a cheap area. They charge the same as Peabody which is much better. If you want a full Elvis experience, they play an Elvis movie in the evening and pipe Elvis music throughout the hotel so decide if you want to pay for that. The outdoor pool is very nice...

“The room was clean, and the staff was great. We were able to keep the room cool enough. The king bed room, however, was TINY. It was small for one person, but unacceptable for two people. The was only space for one piece of luggage to place off of the floor. Desktop space and bathroom countertop space were inadequate. The cubby hole to hang clothes was laughably small. If you’re traveling with more than one person, and you need to stay more than one night, I would recommend looking to another...

“Overall the property and rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. However, you can hear people in the above rooms. The water was lukewarm and never reached a hot temperature. The elevators were out of order and you had to take the stairs. I have stayed at these hotels before in other places and never had any issues.”

“The room was okay. Staff at front needs to learn how to provide proper directions. Did not eat breakfast or use bar. I left 300 am in the morning. Hotel could use some updating. No USB access to charge phone in room only if you have a plug in box. They can change the lamps and use lamps that have USB port. The bed was comfortable room 125 I must say.”

“The staff was helpful. The pool and got tub was nice. Housekeeping only comes every other day, but you can get fresh towels at the front desk. Breakfast was good.”
