“All staff members seemed very friendly. Had a minor problem with the television in our room they replaced it very quickly. Was able to park my car right outside the hotel room door loading and unloading was very convenient overall very happy with my stay.”

“This was my second stay at the cabin. We used it as base camp for a few days of skiing at Crystal Mountain and Cabrefea. A beautiful setting with a layed back atmosphere. Great place to relax and unwind. I'll be back for sure!”

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay. When I arrived, it was becoming clear that it was going to snow overnight and then get very very cold. I was thankful to have restaurants and grocery stores close! After stocking up for the weekend, I just stayed put, and relaxed, and really enjoyed the view of the river as I sipped tea and let the world melt away. Didn’t get to XC ski or FatBike, I was just too cozy. Maybe next time. Definitely will be a next time. This was just what I needed:)”

“The property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and well equipped. We didn’t have time to go out on the lake, but everything was there for us…ready to go! The only downside was the dirt roads leading to the property. Be prepared for a very bumpy ride…lol…and watch for Amish horse and buggies. Once you get there it’s just beautiful…especially with the fall colors. Just gorgeous!!!”

“Overall great place and experience. Few things to note: There is no washer / dryer as described in the listing. The mattresses were hard as a rock, but I slept great anyways. The place was immaculately appointed and cleaned. The showers did not get more than luke warm, it sucked a bit. The water was hot everywhere else, but the showers while beautiful, also need to be hot. A few details need to be addressed, but I would go back once again.”

“Mike's place was absolutely perfect. He was so fantastic to work with. I had originally booked for a Christmas Celebration with my parents and family in Big Rapids and when my father very unexpectedly was moved into hospice, Mike was able to accommodate my request to come early on very short notice. Mike I can't thank you enough for your graciousness and such an amazing place to stay for that period of time. Thank you again.”
