If you’re looking for fancy frills, that is not the place for you but if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, safe place to stay when you’re in Hershey, this is the place for you. “Room was clean and looked like it had been updated somewhat recently. No coffeemaker. I guess I would’ve seen that if I had paid attention when booking, but it’s so standard in most hotel and motel rooms, that I didn’t even think to look ”

“They changed my paid reservation from two queen beds to a king handicap room. Not exceptable I reserved weeks ahead of time and the manager said nothing we can do and would not refund my paid money!!!!”

“Ample free parking outside of accomodation. We walked to Hershey Park on both days, takes around 30 mins to walk there but quite a nice walk with a new path. Parking around $30 at the park. Room did have a smell but we just left the window open as they have a cover over them for insects. Bug fridge in room also. Great for what we payed. Would stay here again. Restaurants close by within walking distance. Friendly staff.”

“The room was clean. Cleaning staff were kind. No coffee maker. Breakfast was awful. Never milk for cereal. Instant oatmeal was all that was on the counter. Toaster but nothing in it. Apple juice was spoiled. ”

“We had to request shower gel and shampoo as it was not replaced the last time it was cleaned. Also the bathroom fan was not working and was told that all the bathrooms have this issue. Also noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned to its standard as I noticed stains on the night stand and desk. Very disappointing as I frequently stay at Hampton Inn and Suites in various locations. ”
