“Friendliest, very professional and polite.”

“We weren’t put on a higher floor as indicated at booking. When questioned we were told there was a leak/problem on 5th floor. Hoping for another corner room on a higher floor [than 1] we were shown alternative rooms that were smaller. Additionally the pillows were stained with red juice or wine. Considering the newness of the hotel more was expected. The front desk manager, Ebony was firm and proactive with training she’ll be a great. However the hotel could do better should be better...

“First off, the hotel itself is good, clean and quiet. The security guard at night was very friendly, kind and caring to us. The front desk staff were very rude and disrespectful. They should not be working there or even talking to customers. They have attitude problems and thinks we owe them. This hotel is highway robbery. I booked a double bed room and because we’re we’re 3 adults and a child he had to pay an addition amount per night. One night only 2 adults slept in the room, and Jelicia...

“Terry is a great Host. Apartment is very modern and clean. Tery has gone over and beyond on quality. I would stay there again.”

“The staff are friendly and helpful. The assisted with all needs.perfect water flow but hot water needs some attention. Breakfast service can do with some improvement.”

“This hotel was conveniently located for our trip. They need some improvements on the back balcony. The rooms were nice, clean the air condition was cool, but the staffs were amazing. From the breakfast to the bar and the reception.”

“The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.”

“Front desk staff are amazing! That being said, this property should not be opened during this time! During my entire stay from 6/22/26-6-30/26, the hotel had major renovations happening. I’m talking hammer drilling from 8 am to 6 pm, that is heard all throughout the building and in my room. I tried speaking to management but they kept ignoring me. This is not how a business is run! You Guys need to close 592 until this work is finished! You can not have guests staying there while you do this...
