“The front desk gal was excellent! One of the most friendly people I’ve ever dealt with. She was extremely accommodating and helpful!! The rooms were very clean. The other staff were very friendly as well. ”

“Very clean! Hotel has been updated & every thing is very nice & fresh. Hotel staff was very accommodating when the TV, refrigerator & microwave wouldn’t work. Someone had removed the adapter. The staff immediately moved us to another room across the hall. The usual breakfast which was as good as any. No charge for our dog. Will definitely stay there again”

“Breakfast was okay, but not great. The eggs I think would do better as scrambled. The biscuits and gravy were great though. Everything else was great about the stay, and I will look to get another room if I need to stay overnight in Ames again.”

“Lovely and quite area, however a bit of a ways away from town. I wish we had more time to spend in this lovely home and enjoy the amenities. We arrived late and unfed and they kindly provided me with provisions which was above and beyond. Had our best sleep of our cross-country journey here and would definitely visit again if in the area. ”
