“I had a wonderful stay! The room is wonderfully appointed, quite large and very cozy. I was thrilled at seeing it. I'm still thinking about the amazing claw foot tub! The food at the Bower House below is absolutely delicious and the staff are incredibly kind and service-oriented. I hope I get to stay here soon again. The downtown area that the restaurant and rooms are in is so charming with many shops, restaurants, etc. I loved my three night stay”

“When we checked in we were not made aware that we needed to separately register our car - apparently we should have been handed / directed to a tablet to do this. Consequently we received a parking “fine” letter; however the hotel dealt with this very promptly after I phoned them about this.
So be aware of the need to register your car!

“The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay”
