“Though we left at 5am we didnt get breakfast but this one of the best hotels weve stayed at so far! We traveled from canada to Florida and this hotel was the best! Pool area/hot tub and sauna was great! Room was clean, and lots of room! The family was very happy with this stay! The only issues we had was the wifi didnt work the greatest. But thats okay! Was worth the stay!”

“I wanted to recognize the young woman who staffed the desk for the afternoon shift. It was busy, there were a number of small things (no fault of hers!) that went awry, and she handled it all with grace and courtesy. She told me later it wasn't her usual shift. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she deserves recognition for her calmness under pressure and her creative problem-solving. ”

“Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. ”

“The construction on the first floor was horrible and the first elevator was not working properly so we had to hoof it down the the elevator at the opposite end of the building.”

“Upon check in I was assigned a room that was currently occupied and entered it with tv on, receptionist apologized reassigned room and second room also appeared to be in use, upon returning to front desk hotel staff accompanied me to “room” and it was clean ready to go however second room number given to me was open tv on and clearly occupied!! Both times I have stayed a very young staff checks in and doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. Senior staff apologized and sent gift card to our...

“Nice enough for price paid. Have stayed here before and their is evidence of attempts to improve with updates. Still thin walls, can't fix that. Initially placed in room facing highway with loud road noise and window not closing properly. Asked for new room on opposite side, immediately changed. Super polite staff. ”

“Hotel nuovo, molto pulito, camera perfetta, letto confortevole. Il condizionatore anche da spento è rumoroso. La colazione è decisamente scadente, un hotel così bello merita una colazione migliore.”

“Broken bed, broken door, gross red stain in the room. Manager was said to follow up with Expedia to get refunded and they’d approve it right way. And yet, despite calling Expedia and the hotel themself, no one is picking or following up with me. Despite the broken door and bed being massive safety issue, due to the nature of how they were broken. Absolutely ridiculous situation.”
