Cons: Some towels had black stains, some of the furniture was oversize in the room and our mattress pad cover had stains on it. Need to wait to get a table Super expensive rate not In compliance with the quality of anything neither food neither service !! Lobby very small New Year’s Eve without any entertainment ! Don t go ”

“Where do I begin, property is so dirty. Spider webs everywhere, mosquitoes every where, we couldn't open our room door as it was full of mosquitoes. They were everywhere. This property is beautiful but very terribly kept. There are no cleanings being done to the room and its just disgusting. Bathrooms are terrible. Our bathrooms knob was broken and it had a note on it saying sorry I am broken hold me to turn the water on. Shower itself is so tiny that you get chlostrophobia. Just DON'T GO THERE....

“The room was very comfortable & what I expected from the pictures. The best treat was the spa experience. We enjoyed the workout facility, massages, the sauna, magnesium outdoor hot tub, adult pool etc. Food was good. We enjoyed biking from hotel into town. Lovina had amazing brunch. Fan of the Napa/Calistoga Valley area! We’ll be back.”
