“This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 weeks. I had very few issues and they were taken care of immediately. I’m planning on returning in December and will definitely stay there again. Housekeeping staff was amazing!!!!”

“From the moment we checked in we were treated like we were the most important guests in the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. The choices for breakfast were incredible. Lots of fresh fruit, light fare, heavier dishes, multi-national. Just terrific. If I had any issues during my stay, they were addressed immediately by the staff. My only complaint, and not the hotel’s fault, is that the street is very noisy with lots of honking. ”

“We stayed here for a night temporarily after our bus trip back from Da Lat. This is a cozy and comfortable hotel. The staff are polite and courteous. My favorite part of the hotel is the common area on the top floor with kitchen, laundry facilities and chilling space. It helped get our clothes clean for the next leg of our journey.”

“We wanted a stay away from the crowds in Saigon. This was perfect. The resort has a lot of options for dining and activities. They had a nice spa and 2 pools as well as a lake. They have ancient trees that give ambience and a real authentic Vietnamese feel. They grow their own food in greenhouse and everything is delicious ”

“정말 추천합니다! 시내에서 조금 떨어진 것빼곤 다 좋아요! 일단 방 부터 넓은데 있을 거 다 있고 무엇보다 룸 깔끔하고 4박동안 캐리어 건든 흔적도 없었습니다. 조식으로 메인 요리 하나 선택하고 음료 선택하고 과일 나옵니다. 메인 요리에 팬케이크, 빵+버터,잼, 누들 등 있을 거 다 있습니다. 과일은 시즌 과일 줍니다 음료도 시원하고 좋아요 무엇보다 직원분들 굉장히 친절합니다 호아팟 위쪽으로 인도로 올라가면 현지 사람들에게 인기있는 카페 있는데 거기서 여유롭게 커피 드시는 것도 추천합니다. 구글 맵으로 미미 스위츠(mimi sweets)와 호아팟 호텔 사이에 있습니다. 시내에서 올 때 그랩 택시나 바이크 타고 오시면 편합니다. 택시를 타고 공항까지는 약 20만동 나오고, 바이크는 시내에서 호텔까지 5만동 정도 나옵니다.”

“My room is nice although some of them don’t have windows that can be opened. When I extended for two days, they threatened to move me unless I paid extra for a tiny balcony even though it looked identical in the picture when I booked so I chose to let them move me.
