“It was a very noisy and unrestful night. Running in the halls scraping furniture across the floor above us and loud talking late into the night in the rooms around us. The tile floors in the rooms are nice for a clean room, but the noise carries. ”

“We have been back and forth for several weeks due to a death in the family. We stayed at the Fairfield Marriott the week before and this hotel was cleaner and had a 10x better breakfast, and cost less. The staff goes above and beyond to help. this is the only place I will stay in this town”

“Very clean room. Bed was slightly hard but manageable. Food was good and breakfast was warm every morning. Staff response was really slow. The biggest issue was that we stayed four nights and had to use the same towel and washcloth. While I am aware that I could of went to the desk to ask for more, I think they should have offered us more upon check in realizing there were two of us and we were staying four nights. The best thing was the comfortable pillows...like sleeping on a cloud ”

“We checked in the staff was friendly. The hotel has a bar now but it opens late. If you are handicapped the beds are pretty high. The room was clean, the bed covers just looked old. At 5:30pm they hold a dinner like Kick-Back is what the call it. There was meatballs in gravey, mashed potatoes, salad, hot dogs, mixed warm veggies, vegetable soup. Parents or adults can enjoy 2 adult beverages. They have coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a soda machine. The down side is people would put there...

“The staff tried hard to fix our situation We booked our final hotel stay after 10 days of traveling close to the Colorado Springs airport and checked in about 7 o’clock. The room had never been cleaned beds needed to be made dirty towels on the floor, etc. the very, very sweet front desk girl attempted to set up another room, but she only had one left a queen bed so they brought a rollaway and another rollaway mattress both in terrible condition attempted to gather as many extra linens as...

“Clean room, cheap price but room was a bit run down and door was rickety”

“the check-in person was really nice. The entire place smells kind of dirty. And there is NOTHING in the room. No shampoo, its an Extended Stay place with a kitchenette and there is nothing there - no cups, no plates, no silverware, no sponge, no soap, quite literally nothing in these rooms. I needed to Iron my shirt, no Iron or Ironing board.”

“Confusing because someone just seated you and didn’t explain the options for Breskfast or the buffet and expensive about the Breakfast that was available”
