Hotel vicino a Highfill Park - Gentry

“We booked a suite to take advantage of the table and chairs because we had work that needed to be done. The table was super wobbly and uneven. The couch was sunken down in the middle and one side of the king size bed was broken down. The staff was pleasant and everything was clean but our room definitely needed a refresh of furniture and lighting.”

I asked the front desk about a refund and was told management would contact me which they never did so even though I travel to this area alot, I will never stay at Embassy Suites again.”

“This hotel was very clean, room comfortable and nice. Bed and pillows comfortable and nice to have kitchenette. Check in was easy, as was check out. Breakfast was really good with nice selection of hot and cold items, great coffee! All the other reviews I had read were correct on all those topics. The only part was that either I didn't read the online description correctly, or missed it but the pool is not on this property. It is at the sister property next door, which is very close, right...
