“My family of 5 stayed here to watch a few Blue Jays spring training games. An easy walk to and from TD Park. There is a walking path that is connected from the hotel straight to the park - super convenient and safe! The staff at the hotel were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Perfect location if you want to just play around and quaint downtown Dunedin. Properties very clean and the rooms are spacious. This is our second day at the grant Inn and I’m sure we’ll be back.”

“Extremely overpriced for the quality of the property. I’d say it’s worth no more than $200 per night. Definitely not the $600+ that we paid for 1 night. Linens could definitely use replacing or some bleach. Everything looked dingy. Only positive was the location. Will not be staying here again.”

“This was a great stay. The location is beautiful with walking paths next to the bay just out of your door. Duneden just a short walk to the north had tons of great restaurants and the food was great. The breakfast is great and includes real eggs, bacon, sausage etc. But, if you arrive for breakfast the last half hour of it being served don't plan too eat because they stop replenishing it. Great stay over all and affordable!”

“Pessimo. Le stanze sono ampie ma non c'è neanche un armadio ed il resto dell'arredamento è vecchio e orribile. La "colazione continentale" è composta da caffè, succo d'arancia e muffing gelati, e alle 9 viene ritirato tutto. Decisamente da evitare!”

“I had read the reviews and they reflect my experience: it’s a small hotel (less than 30 rooms), with small rooms but we’ll organized. I was traveling solo, so it was ok with me but, if you travel with others, you really need to be intimate as the bathroom is really tiny. Very helpful host and I was also allowed to leave the room one hour later than normal check out. The hotel has a pool but I opted for the beach which is beautiful and literally across the street. “Parking was easy and pool was clean. View of the water and the boat docks were beautiful. The public beach and area restaurants were walkable. The condo was very clean and spacious. There were beach toys for the children. The washer and dryer were there for use and came in handy. Bring your supplies and you will feel right at home! Thank you for sharing your happy place!!!”

“The staff was very rude, except for the maintenance guy who let me in after hours. While I understand hotels have their policies in place for a reason I was there in town for a wedding and I was asking for at least 10 minutes of an earlier check-in time and I was just met with so much rude attitude. ”
