“The turn into the parking lot sneaks upnon you quick but thats only because of the plants that make you feel like you arent right next to a main road. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions. The room was a lot bigger than i expected. Great experience for the price.”

“The shuttle was 45 mins late with no apology. The general manger was rude at check in. He lacked emotional self control and wanted to engage in an argument however I chose not to speak and just check in. After checking in and walking away with my wife he tried one more time to engage with a passive aggressive attitude. When I didn’t, he said “oh no you are not staying here with that attitude” and cancelled our reservation. Absolutely unbelievable lack of pose, self control and leadership.”

“I booked a studio, but there was no refrigerator no microwave, not a studio TV did not have a remote. I'm very basic..”

“No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests.”
