“Front desk help was so nice and welcoming, hotel is very clean”

“After checking in and finding the light was out in the entrance hallway, the staff dealt with it right away. The thing that was disconcerting was, we found a dirty pair of black men’s underwear on the floor near the dresser other than that the room was very clean, the staff very nice and helpful. I realize things can get over looked but underwear on the floor is a bit much. However, to be fair, it took me a while before I saw them.”

“Owner was accommodating to get our motorcycles under solid cover when a severe storm came thru! Other staff and or family of owner were friendly and helpful also throughout our four day stay. I will stay here again if in the area during my travels.”

“The hotel itself was nice and was clean front staff was super friendly but the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!! To me this is the most important part of a hotel. I’m coming there to sleep not spend time hanging out in a room. The bed needs to be comfortable. Our bed was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever slept on. It was so bad I actually contemplated moving to the floor and sleeping on my yoga mat.”

“Bed mattresses were soft, but didn’t cause sleeping issues.”

“The room was clean, but the moment you walked in the building smelled funny. The shower backed up into the tub/didn’t drain well. The air set to 68 was still at 71 at bedtime and only 70 when we woke up.”

“Great tv. Fridge and microwave. Shower was nice. Great value. Lots of Dining options across the freeway. Only downfall. Interstate traffic is nonstop. Good white though.”

“The staff were very attentive. I was celebrating my birthday while I was there. I ordered room service for breakfast and they even put a rose on my cart. Everyone at the Hard Rock Hotel was very enthusiastic about taking care of the guests.”

“Our room was so large and spacious. We had room to take 4 mountain bikes into our room. With plenty of walking room. Everything was clean and great. The kids loved swimming in the indoor pool.”

“Inside lot of bugs and cockroaches and bad smell. Bad sheets are not clean. Worst break fast not provided much break fast only coffee and oats packets.”
