“The entire process was very easy, convenient and welcoming. The property was amazing, as advertised and so many little added features to make one feel at home. Would definitely recommend and I would absolutely stay here again if in the Cookeville area. The host made sure that everything needed was available and was extremely helpful. ”

“We fished High School State Championship on Dale Hollow lake. The barn accommodations were great for us. It was safe so we didn’t have to worry about security of our boat or stuff. The property is absolutely beautiful. If we go back to Dale Hollow this is the first place we will check for availability.”

“Amazing views of the Cumberland River with a great back porch including a hot tub that overlooked the river. The owners were very welcoming and the perfect couple. We will definitely go back. I loved the small town and atmosphere. It was close to Cookville so we could visit the Falls. The house was roomy and clean.”

“We were in town for the weekend for the River Festivus, and needed a place to stay. We were absolutely thrilled to find this home. Plenty space for everyone, beds were comfortable, and the kids loved playing basketball in our down time. Would 100% stay again! ”

“The road getting to cabin was treacherous and difficult to find so definetly get good directions from host. Also the steps going up to second level is straight up like a ladder and very narrow just fyi. Cabin is decorated pretty and was very clean. ”
