“central location, clean hotel, good breakfast, minimal gym, and charge for parking valet bit much, o/w great hotel for central location stay.”

“It’s a very cute boutique style hotel. I loved receiving a key with a graduate’s name and brief bio. It’s in a great location. Very walkable. The campus provides a free shuttle to everyone . Some should have perhaps told us that. Breakfast was not included and was a little pricey. However it was very good and our waitress was really nice. I would definitely stay there again.”

“I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.”

“The hallway rugs desperately need replacing, and the breakfast food was not hot and there were no forks available. Otherwise, I would rate it pretty good.”

“The the room I had was spacious and quite clean, I had a small stay and I didn't have the time to grab their breakfast before I left. The kitchen in my room also looked very nice.”

“Freeway noise kept me up”

“Very much appreciated how clean this hotel was as I have a very high standard. The linens were so fresh and clean too and the bed comforter and pillows were comfortable. There seemed to be an HVAC issue in our room. The air conditioner made a truly awful sound and then stopped at one point. After that some repair workers came to the room adjoining ours and it was so loud that’s all we could hear until the HVAC started working again and drowned out the noise.”

“These are just very basic rooms, small with no amenities, BUT very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the property was quiet. Very good value for the money. If you want to avoid high hotel costs, and you're just looking for is a place to shower and sleep, I highly recommend! Definitely will stay there again.”

“We checked in for the night because we, like so many others, had lost power due to the storms. upon our check in that evening, the gentleman working the front desk was congeal, helpful and truly pleasant. He got us checked in quickly and directed us too the best location to park for our room. Once we got settled, we found the tv to be not working. A call down to the front desk had this gentleman up to our room in under five minutes to fix the problem (someone had moved the cables on the back...
