“The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely welcoming and courteous, with the evening receptionist even getting me a double room when I wasn’t able to pick that room online. Comfortable room and decent shower. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff were constantly cleaning and clearing tables. Couldn’t have picked a better hotel to stay for the night-thank you!”

“We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and high-end; we easily fit a large dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space to spare. The complimentary breakfast was high quality and delicious. “The hotel was lovely! The staff were nice and accommodating. The bed was fantastic. The only thing that annoyed me was having to pay £20 parking when there were plenty of spaces out the back. I was one of three cars parked all night and the car park itself could hold about 20 cars. Other than that.. cracking hotel! ”

“Excellent stay at the Chequers Inn again for a week for the New Year. Beautiful room, good food, clean, lovely staff - shout out to Angela who went above & beyond for us! Lovely compassionate email sent to us following the very sad death of my Dad whilst we were away. Only downside - the bar closed at 10:30pm on New Years Eve! We will definitely return.”

“Apparentemente carino, perché hall e spazi comuni ristrutturati in stile marittimo. Camera orribile, davvero troppo datata, bagno con vasca e tendina, dopo la prima doccia, acqua dappertutto. Arredamento scadente, pulizia anche. Lo sconsiglio! Non ci tornerei neanche per una notte. Qualità prezzo: COSTOSO!”
