The unit is very well maintained, and has a lot of the needed equipment to cook your own meals, an easy to operate TV and an amazingly comfortable bed.You can hear some of the noises from the unit above, but they also respect the same quiet hours. “Nice location. Clean and comfortable. The water heater was annoying loud when it ran ( in the kitchen). Nice touch with earplugs provided to help with upstairs residents noise.they were not loud but could hear walking.”

“All communication with the host was friendly and kept us up to date on what would be going on with the larger house that is not part of the suite we were in. The provided directions got us to the location without any trouble, even well after sunset. This in-law suite slept two comfortably. We had our college age daughter with us who slept on the futon. The futon isn't the best of accommodations for sleeping but worked out just fine for a college age person who has had less comfortable beds in...

“I wish I could give this property a 5-star rating overall, but housekeeping came up short. The bathroom sink needed to be cleaned, the bath towels and bedclothes from the previous guest were lying on the floor and the bed had not been made. Additionally, there was an issue with the connectivity for the TV. The room was quiet and comfortable otherwise. There was always a place to park. ”

“Excellent communication and ease of checking in. The area is awesome!!! We stayed with our adult son and DIL. Tons of stuff within walking distance from early am til late at night even on weekdays. This location is so perfect to get out and about and explore on foot. Great trip! ”
