“I'm not sure why they stopped doing breakfast sausage for breakfast. In my opinion the breakfast was ok, but smoked sausage doesn't taste like breakfast so I think they should bring back breakfast sausage”

“I booked a room at Hawthorne Extended Stay in Knoxville, Tennessee, but it turned out I was actually booked at La Quinta Inn. That was a bit of a surprise and honestly pretty frustrating, especially since I noticed that Expedia had different prices for each hotel, which felt misleading. I would say that the picture in the Expedia is deceiving. La Quinta hotel looked renovated in the outside and the lobby looked nice, but the area around it wasn’t great. “Everything functioned as it should. ”

“Clean room, easy check in, friendly staff. I was I little worried because a school team was checking in and given rooms right next to mine. Either they were exceptionally quiet or the rooms are well insulated. Simple breakfast but they have a yogurt machine that was the best! I'd stay again.”

“Bathroom was weird with a barn door that opened up to the room that didn’t lock. No privacy and could hear every noise that was going on in the bathroom when you were in the room. Also had a painting of a barn and a man in the room that might seem creepy to some people. Breakfast wasn’t impressive. Gravy for biscuits and eggs were very bland. Ran out of juice in the machine and brought out large bottles of juice. ”

“Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. ”

“Checkin staff person was courteous and efficient. We were in our room within 2 minutes. Room was clean and beds were comfy. We had a great sleep. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/ gravy. Coffee was good.”

“They did a decent job with the updated renovations. Only one trash can in the room and no washcloths. Bed was comfortable.”
