“I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. The furniture fabric and cupboards were very dirty, baseboards were not clean, the floor had burn marks, and even the room phone had accumulated dust on it. The washroom...

“The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Hidimba Temple, Old Manali, and Mall Road, making it easy to explore the area on foot. I also really enjoyed the food served at the hotel’s restaurant, it was delicious and one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with a convenient location and great food.”
