We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. “I wasnt very impressed with the standard of the room. Although it was clean it had a lot of obvious damage on appliances, floors and walls. None of the heaters appeared to work. There was no welcome booklet with information about the apartment. Our allocated carpark that we had to pay extra for had a car in it which was needing to be towed away. “Avoid like the plague. This Hotel should be condemned. It is full of black mould, peeling paint and stinks of mould and moisture from the minute you walk through the front door. It is inhabitable. You have to check in next door at Gateway Hotel, and they give u room key. When went to our room the hallways were lined with dirty sheets piled everywhere and old towels scattered over the floor - everywhere. Not even piled in a heap, much less placed in a laundry bin. “All in one, great place to stay. TV is very hard to set up, maybe they can automatically connect the internet since you check in already for easy access.”

“Easy check in and very friendly staff! Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The Accommodation is very convenient with supermarkets and food outlets close by. Really appreciated the cleaners efforts, the room was always serviced and the condiments replaced daily. Much appreciated!
