“Room was not cleaned even when we were told they would be back. Blow dryer and phone were broken. Room next to elevator could not sleep due to the noise from people coming and going at all hours of the night. AC was not working properly. Continental breakfast is only waffles and cereal. Not much selection Pool area was unattended so there were about 20 unsupervised kids which kept diving in small shallow pool at one point about 15 of them ran and jumped in together which was not only...

“This Courtyard Hotel does not offer free breakfast like it announces in your booking they took away the free breakfast but they are still announcing it that was one of my reasons for booking with them their breakfast overall everything else was good the bad the sheets the pillows clean room HBO everything was nice”
