Hotel vicino a Historic Cold Spring Village - Cape May

“Room was decorated nicely, AC worked good in the room mattress was very com fortable and the bed linens were nice. On the negative side the TV could not be adjusted for volume. Only the one remote controlled the TV and it had no sound button on it. the volume was so low you might as well had it on mute. Also the shower had mostly hot, hot water and that could not be adjusted properly. You almost had to totally turn it of to get a tolerable level of heat and that slowed the stream down greatly....

“The staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was very small! A few things didn’t work but they sent a maintenance man quickly. Room definitely needed better lighting and some outlets. No views from our windows. Very unappealing. Breakfast was very simple, nothing fancy or special. It was fine. Location is great! We walked everywhere. We had a great time, just spent very little time in the actual bandb.”

“My biggest complaint is the incorrect description of the room. While I booked the room with the ocean view, I only got partial view of the ocean, as my balcony was facing their parking lot. Musty odor in the room. There is a coffee maker, but no coffee pods. Towels were very rough. Check in was also problematic. The location is great though. The bed was comfortable.”

“The Paradise Oceanfront was the closest to Cape May for a 3-day birding outing. Very clean, partial ocean view, quiet, professional and very courteous reception staff. It had everything I needed (except for coffee in the room).”

“This hotel was dated and the staff was not friendly. We stayed on a wash out of a weekend. One would think the staff would be extra helpful and hospitable given the fact that it was empty and we still came. There are no security features. Anyone can get on any elevator and go right into the guests halls. The hotel charges for everything. ..water, extra people in the room. Definitely not worth the price they charge. I would not stay here again.”

“Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. ”
