I know they are not going to fix it. Also are room keys did not work for us to get into our room. Took them back to the office and they rekeyed them two times in the pooring rain. “The only issue I had was minutes after I checked into our room, I started sneezing and smelling like there was mold. It is carpeted. The patio seemed scary to walk on to and run down. The patio door was difficult to open as I have back issues. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was good, but only have 4 tables. ”

“This place was awesome! The staff at the front and in the lounge were super cool and nice. We played pool and watched the sunset. The room was romantic and gorgeous. We did the ocean front, jetted tub room and were not disappointed. We stayed for 2 days and had the best getaway. Adobe was also central to all the places we wanted to go! Easy to get to coffee shops, other restaurants, and shops. We also weren’t far from Bob’s Beach where we did the best tide-pooling! ”

“We stayed at Florence Lighthouse Inn and had a mixed but ultimately improved experience. Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite. We do appreciate the effort, though moving luggage with the family was not ideal, and we were left wondering why the better room wasn’t assigned from the start. Breakfast was...
