“Great place to stay while in Folkston”

“Motel assolutamente mediocre, non in linea con l'elevato giudizio di expedia. Camera vecchia, piena di mosche ed altri insetti. Bagno con scarico della vasca otturato e senza asciugacapelli (provato a chiederlo alla reception, ma la risposta è stata negativa). Televisore non funzionante. Personale (nazionalità indiana), scortese. La colazione, compresa nella prenotazione, inesistente. Direi che questo motel è di gran lunga il peggiore in cui ha soggiornato negli USA (6 viaggi in 4...

“I hate having to wight a bad review. This time I was so disappointed. Wanted 10 minutes at front desk along with Two other people. The lady was very nice. But said our room was on the third floor ask if she had anything on first floor. She checked and put up on first floor we had reservations for a Suite it was just regular room but that was ok. The room was out dated and the AC was noisy. The room had a smell that made me sick, the bath tub was stained and chipped, the toilet seat was messed up...

“We booked 2 rooms and because we arrived so late. One of the rooms air conditioner was not working and had the room temp in the 80s. We waited until morning and told the desk they came right away. It still didn’t work. They would not help transfer the luggage to a new room. So we left. That was only right that they should help relocate a customer to a new room with a working ac. My dad is 83 and has dementia and could help move to another room.”

“The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The room stayed warm regardless of us adjusting the temperature. Not only that, the room was very humid. Felt like the carpet was holding moisture or something. At breakfast, the yogurt they had out was past the expiration date so I didn’t trust eating anything.”
