“Walked jn and it smelled like weed and incense. We arrived at 9:15 pm and staff at desk was in a rush to check us in. Got to our room which was supposed to be 2 beds and found 1 double bed. Went down to get correct room and front desk was closed with a barrier pulled down. Had to call a number posted. Was told to make it work because that was all they had. There were 2 kids with 1 adult and no hide a bed/cot available. As i was downstairs calling other hotels, the family the checked in right...

“Let me start by saying I do not like leaving bad reviews, and thefront desk staff was great, friendly and helpful, Unfortunately the property needs some TLC, our room was bad. Holes in the wall in bathroom, not sure how curtain rod was even hanging, the water spout was very loose, different color paints, floor were sticky. The door had exposed metal from where something was removed but it was sharp and sliced my husband finger. The bed was very hard and there was not even a coffee pot. For the...

“The building and rooms can use some updating, but they were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and we loved the fact that there was an indoor pool as the weather was a bit chilly.”

“The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room...
