“The cottage was perfect a lot of thought and care has gone into this property. Loved the location, quiet and it was away from things while still convenient to every thing.”

“This little place is worth the 20 min. drive you'll make to grocery stores. A gathering of three homes around a green space. A home so comfortable it feels like you're visiting your grandma or some other dear relative. Super-easy access, friendly and helpful host. We had no trouble with wifi; couldn't make phone calls but could still text. A great fire pit. The only possible downside for some could be that the home is located in the bend of the gravel road, but the road is only for the three...

“My husband was a little concerned after we discovered that someone had entered the house & slept in one bed prior to our visit. Locked box code needs changed & door is hard to open with lock box attached.”

“What a beautiful property! Such a wonderful little cottage. It was perfect for my fiancée and me. We came it for an event up at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, and ended up just hanging out at the property more than the even! The winery next door had live music and vendors and ended up just enjoying the beautiful views and atmosphere! Kim was a wonderful and considerate host! And the blueberry muffins were phenomenal!!!”
