“It’s a cheaper hotel, so I guess it’s important to keep that in mind. The beds were small and there was a gap or two around the ac where u could see to the outside. However, the bathroom was decent and the room was clean…so value: yes…luxury: no…but u get what u pay for.”

“Extremely filty room, rust and brown water came out of the shower every time it was first turned on, carpet sticky and smelly, half of the lights and the electrical outlets were not working or missing bulbs, air conditioner extremely noisy and did not cool room, all surfaces grimy and dirty. Missing TV remote and refrigerator was not working. Spiders appeared in the bathroom during the night. Several long term guest sit outside their rooms watching you go in and out of room as though they are...

“Our family stayed at America’s Best Value Inn on our way to Bryan Texas. The Inn was A bit of a hit-or-miss stay. The highlights were definitely the clean towels and the beer bathtub, which felt brand new. Unfortunately, the sleeping area didn't match that quality—the decor is dated and the linens have seen better days. Also, travelers looking for a hearty breakfast should be aware that the continental offering is very basic and lacks protein options (aside from milk). Good for a night, but...
